{MAKES ME FEEL SO FAR AWAY} {YOU TUNE OUT WITHOUT WARNING}
Alter Ego
Perhaps, surprising quite a few people, Chihiro's feelings for Alter Ego is more than just father and son or creator and creation. It's somewhere between both. With a hobby such as programming, it receives just as much as debate and controversy as… anything, really. The nature of Artificial Intelligence lead quite a lot of arguments and varying opinion, Chihiro himself had his own just as much as he's aware people considered it impossible for an AI to be completely sentient. And in certain sense, he could agree as much as at the same time he doesn't agree; especially in regards to Alter Ego. On one hand, yes, he feels proud and happy to see his program interacting and functioning fully well despite his previous laptop in ruins. But another, he feels like he's more of a concern single father rather a mindful programmer and creator for AE. Regardless how you exactly categorize these feelings, he cares for AE, he couldn't find it in him to consider Alter Ego as just an 'it' or a facet of himself created through codes and modeled by his own thought process, AE is something- Something that doesn't always necessarily translate as Chihiro himself.
Mondo Oowada
Let's not mince words, Chihiro is afraid of Mondo.

Chihiro sincerely loves and had missed Mondo.

Things are rather complicated.

About two years worth of memories in Hope's Peak had been erased, but lingering thoughts and deja vu crept around him; it crept around all of them, most likely. No, definitely crept around them all, just in different levels and pacing. And well, his feelings with Mondo is... difficult to put through. Within those two, vague years of memories, he was pretty sure that Mondo was his friend- like there was a small voice in the back of his head telling Chihiro that being terrified of the gang leaders was just outright wrong. The time he spent out of Smash Academy had him trying to figure this particular problem out, it was strange how much he had trusted Mondo with his true gender or how felt rather jealous seeing him and Kiyotaka laughing and joking in the Hope's Peak cafeteria. The thing is, even if he could prove the two had developed anything beyond Chihiro admiring Mondo from afar, the lingering fear from getting murdered is still there and quite strong. He's working hard to overcome this as well trying to prove not only Mondo, but himself, whether or not the two of them had been friends.
Kiyotaka Ishimaru
In general, Chihiro is rather fond of Kiyotaka. It took some time, but eventually, he realize that stiffness aside, the hall monitor is genuinely a nice person and does help everyone out in his own rule-abiding way. He likes him, he really does, he's very thankful that Kiyotaka volunteered to train him and in return, Chihiro recently accepted the offer to be his study partner outside of school hours. Boy, is he in for a ride. And yet, he always had some sort of jealousy with Kiyotaka. At first, he'd assume that perhaps it was from how much more vocal he is with his opinions, then maybe wishful thinking that he might have his own close friend to call 'brother'. But after the memories slowly returning, he feels that maybe the jealousy stems slightly further than that, of course, there was always the fact he had the body type Chihiro dream have. Envy is such a undesirable feeling, at least though, they aren't strong enough that it would bother him too much. Or, at least he can ignore them sans the physical fitness one.
Aoi Asahina
Aoi is nice, Aoi is very nice. From what little memories he could recall in their time before despair and the time they spent thinking they hardly knew another, Aoi was sweet enough to invite Chihiro to hang out and stuff with her. While she has an undeniable quality of kindness, it does put him on the edge of discomfort at time; not because of Aoi herself, but rather his own choices and thoughts making him feel terrible because Aoi had been nothing but kind to him. Ultimately, he enjoys her company altogether, her energy and bubbly nature is wonderful and something perhaps rather contagious if vague memories served right.
Byakuya Togami
Byakuya is a person of power and unspeakable amount of influence across the world, naturally, along with his cold demeanor, it's hardly a surprise Chihiro is evidently intimidated terrified by him. It also goes without saying that if it were hesitation before, it was cemented during the time the programmer tried to argue about his statement only for it to be coldly dismissed by Byakuya. So yeah, they fall rather far from the 'friend' category. They were classmates before, and as far fetched as it sounds, maybe they had been friends or at least on a far more decent terms with each other as time went by? Not that he was absolutely sure, unlike with Mondo or Ishimaru, there wasn't a nagging feeling when he feels the need to leave the room when Byakuya is present.
Mukuro Ikusaba
Mukuro is, admittedly, rather strange. Not strange as in she acts abnormal or silly, but rather strange as in the unknown. She just had been there as much as she had not, at least after his memories had been wiped. He doesn't really have much memories with her, but he knew enough that 'Junko' greatly differs from the real her, just by reading the letter she had gave him during his return to the school. Still, she apologized to them in that letter, her logic made sense- she really doesn't have anything to gain by telling them to truth except perhaps forgiveness she seeks. He does want to forgive her, but if she really was involved making the school of mutual killing happen, Chihiro is admittedly conflicted to fully let things be bygones.

Clear
A kind albeit eccentric person. Talking with Clear in the network had been enjoyable. Surprising him, Clear presumably look up his student record since he recognize his appearance when the two had met during the catball crisis. Digressing that, Clear had been rather helpful to him during the incident, even going as far as carrying him around for some time. It goes without saying his screw up and nearly had them getting killed by the badniks left Chihiro for some long while to beat himself up.

Max's biceps
The beautiful and well-shaped body owned by the mysterious, blue-haired adonis. Words cannot describe Chihiro's feelings as his eyes fluttered and heart beating rapidly like a drum the day he saw those flawless pectorals. They are beautiful, undeniably well-toned and he could only let tears roll from his eyes as he wishfully yearn for such a flawless body as Hercules.
